check out the post right here site link A high-energy, recovering perfectionist, retired corporate ladder climber,  with a passion for health and wellbeing.  It doesn’t need to be difficult or time consuming.

Prior to becoming a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach, I had a successful career in health care sales, working for a large, multi-national corporation.  I assisted with patients diagnosed with preventable diseases like heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, dangerously high cholesterol and so on.  I desperately wanted to assist people before they got to that point and I had every ounce of confidence that I could.  After 15+ years, I am pursuing my primary passion of health and wellbeing, helping over-committed, on-the-go professionals take charge of their health.

I am a certified health coach and member of AADP, The American Association of Drugless Practitioners.  I hold a B.A. from Bryant University.

During my training at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Mark Hyman, Chairman of the Institute for Functional Medicine; Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

My coaching style is direct, supportive and goal-oriented. I am committed to guiding my clients towards attainable and sustainable changes in all areas of daily life; nutrition, lifestyle, career, family, spirituality and self-care.  I tie together details from multiple sessions enabling my clients to see patterns in their lives that stand between them and optimal health.  Reaching their health goals allows clients to attain additional personal growth benefits beyond what they had originally expected.

In addition to coaching clients, spending time with family and friends, you will find me traveling with my husband on beach vacations, dancing, wine tastings and dining out at the best seafood restaurants.

A Connecticut native, I live and practice in New Jersey, supporting clients nationally with phone, Skype, FaceTime and in-person sessions.
