
Passionate and driven, Jessica Carlan Ahlers is a distinguished integrative health coach and women’s health educator with over a decade of experience in functional and integrative medicine and over 22 years in healthcare. Her mission is simple, provide education and inspiration for women 40+ to improve health span and longevity while streamlining the healthcare experience by overseeing all aspects of her client’s care. She has a targeted interest in hormone optimization through nutrition, lifestyle redesign and nervous system regulation and is zealous about the profound impact trauma can have on a women’s menopause experience.
Jessica holds certifications in holistic nutrition and coaching, alongside advanced training in hormonal health focused on the menopause transition through esteemed doctors like Dr. Sara Szal Gottfried and accredited programs like The School of Applied Functional Medicine. Always staying current, Jessica is currently finishing her menopause specialist certification. Her commitment to education and empowerment has driven her to conduct workshops and events, inspiring her clients to take charge of their health and lead vibrant, fulfilling lives.
