How I Work

Discovery Session | Complimentary 10-15 minute chat to review how I work, your health goals and determine if I’m a fit to support you with your health goals.

Initial Consultation | 60-120 minutes | All clients start with a functional nutrition/coaching initial consultation: an opportunity to ask questions; consent to policies; discuss outcomes goals; review of health history, medical history, food logs, assessment forms, and lab work all submitted in advance; client interview; formulation of case; determine next steps.

Ongoing/Follow Up Health Coaching Sessions |60 minutes | All new clients are required to have a minimum of 1 session/month for the first 3 months to gain momentum and ensure we’re on the right path. From there the client can book sessions a la carte and we aim to increase the time in between sessions to 6-8 weeks and eventually “graduating.” Follow ups are to check in about struggles and successes; review goals and barriers to goal progress;diet and supplement routine; lifestyle and habit review; examine new lab work or other pertinent information; determine next steps

Brief limited sessions (up to 30 minutes): Short, more in-depth, targeted topic will be reviewed
